Luxury Camping with the Arzolas

We were invited to go camping for a few days with some good friends. Joe and Heidi just purchased a moving Marriott hotel and we were invited to stay in it with them on our camping trip. We went to Wild Horse Campground just outside Mackay, Idaho. Our kids did not have any experience on 4 wheelers but they learned quickly and had a lot of fun. McKay was a little speed demon and loved the throttle. One time when I went riding with him he said, "Hold on, Mom!" and took off. A little too much of a dare devil for me. We ate good food, got a lot of mosquito bites and played a lot of card games. It just didn't seem like camping when we were laying in bed watching a movie on the flat screen t.v. while the kids were also watching a movie in the other room. It was too good to be called camping!
This is the little 4 wheeler the kids learned on.
At home Pepper will run out the door and not come back for hours. The kids were afraid she would never come back so they tied her up to a tree. We decided to let her go and see what she would do and she ran down the dirt road. The kids were so nervous she was lost and would never find her way back but she always came back to us. She just has a longer radius than most dogs! She had the time of her life!

Lazy afternoon card games.

That takes talent!

We all rode on the 4 wheelers and then hiked about a mile to this waterfall. The mist was so refreshing!

Joe, McKay and Dave took an afternoon "boys" trip up some dusty trails to shoot some guns.
